The Friary Guildford Brass Band is one of the south's most successful brass bands, the current National First Section Champions of Great Britain. Its members enjoy contesting and performing concerts on a regular basis; rehearse twice a week and regularly invite guest conductors to take the Band. New players are always welcome. The Band is available for hire throughout the year and have a varied repertoire, ranging from brass band classics and marches to classical, jazz, and popular music.
